$60.00 per Class individuals. $50.00 per Class (2-3 persons) $40.00 per Class (4-6 persons) $30.00 per class (7-10 persons) $SPECIAL DISCOUNT for groups of 10 or more*. PLEASE CALL for RATES. Private Lessons one-on-one available in your area - please call to arrange times and locations. PAYMENT: All Basic Beginning classes are 4 sessions. Classes are conducted in a progressive skills learning series. Pre-Payment in full is due on or before beginning of 1st class. All class fees are non-refundable. FITNESS - SPEEDSKATE CLASSES:
Advanced Skating for Speed Skaters, Cross-Training, Skiers, Fitness Skaters: this class is loaded with lots of Skating Technique, Skills & Drills, Endurance, Sprint, and All-round Training Tips, Race Prep, and Skater Specific Workouts to keep you rolling all summer. This class is designed to help fitness skaters, speedskaters, and skiers maintain good overall body conditioning, and is open to all athletes looking to refine their skating skills and technique or just get a great cross-training work out during off-season. Your summer skating starts NOW!Classes start June 2010. 2 Part Series. Each class session is 1 hour with a total of 4 sessions, classes meet weekly. Classes are $60.00 for all 4 sessions (pre-paid), or you can Drop-in and Pay-as-you-go at $15.00 per session. Class fees are non-refundable.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS: This class is advanced, and requires an understanding of Basic Skating Skills, and is designed for those who have conquered and can demonstrate Basic Beginning Skating techniques (including striding, stopping, turning), and are ready to explore more advanced skating concepts.
Helmets and protective gear are required to participate, if you need rental equipment please contact SkateNow@att.net.
*Fitness-Speedskate class is 4 sessions. Payment in full is due on or before the beginning of 1st class, or at beginning of each class for drop-ins. Class fees are non-refundable.
